Gabriel Rivera, our owner, founded AYS WIRING for numerous reasons. He has been in the Security business for nearly 20 years. His background includes working for the largest corporate security companies to some smaller security companies in the past. He has worked both as a Lead Technician and distinguished Salesman in residential, small business, and large commercial divisions. He proved successful in both, continually exceeding all tasks, goals, and expectations. He briefly worked as a manufacturer rep for over 25 lines of security, audio/video, and other related products. Finally, he determined that in order to provide consumers, and himself, with a peace of mind, he needed to develop a company that put the customer first and foremost. Hence, the name: “At Your Service!”Our Mission

Our Company
Texas requires all security companies to be licensed, as well as their sales people and installers. AYS WIRING is fully licensed and bonded in the State of Texas. We hold a Security license, # B15042, and carry full liability, workman’s comprehension, and commercial vehicle insurance coverage’s.
Our success with each and every one of our customers has been earned and maintained by providing many years of professional expertise within our AYS WIRING team. First, all Team members are hand picked by Gabriel, himself. He demands highly self-motivated, genuinely compassionate and skilled individuals to create a qualified team. They must continue to live up to his standards. Second, everyone must go through thorough background checks (pre-employment, TX DPS/PSB, and the FBI.) Following that, all Team members get licensed. Our Team members are also multidimensional. All of us here at AYS WIRING regularly attend numerous cross-training classes (some required for state licensure, but most training sessions are simply for knowledge to share as a Team), seminars, local events, meetings, and Trade Shows to keep up with the fast-paced, growing world of security, technology, and electronics. We all have no fear of the unknown; we research, converse to other people in the field, call product reps, manufacturer tech support, whatever it takes to learn and pass on this knowledge to you, our customer, who is our business. And for your peace of mind, we continually keep up-to-date and knowledgeable on current state & local laws & ordinances, as well as incidences to learn how to keep you, your family, and business as safe as possible. Green Efficiency
The effort in “Going Green” has expanded tremendously throughout our country in the past recent years. Major networks, retailers, and governmental agencies have positively responded in reducing power consumption and pollution. Our children are on the band wagon at an early age: being taught to “recycle, reuse, and reduce”, not to mention teaching their families and community members the same. With this, AYS WIRING attempts to mainly use electronic documents, invoicing, marketing, and customer communications. As far as the products we offer, we diligently search for “Green” or “Energy Star©” type equipment. Not all devices have this, but we apply this thought process when searching for new and/or updated products.
Our Process
Hours of Operation & Service Area
AYS WIRING operates ordinarily between the hours of 8am-5 pm, Monday – Saturday. Evening hours and Sundays available by appointment
Being centrally located in Austin, TX, we are available to service the majority of Texas’ hill country. On a daily basis, we service an area as wide as a 50 mile radius of the Austin area. We are Licensed to work in all of Texas.
We have been employed by customers for installations in the Houston, San Antonio, and Lubbock areas. Please call for certain areas and/or special circumstances.
Billing Policy & Payments
We prefer to “e-bill”. This helps us stay “green”, saves time, postage, and paper waste. You have the choice of e-billing or regular postal mail is still available.
There are many forms of payments. We gladly accept checks, money orders, certified checks, debit & credit cards, ACH, and PayPal.
Also, many banks/credit unions have online “bill pay” services, usually free for their customers. You can set up At Your Service Wiring as a payee and also assign it with “recurring payments” on your schedule of billing. This is done through your banking institution and you never have to worry about paying late, accumulating additional charges, or phone calls! If you need assistance for setting this up, please contact the AYS Wiring office.
ACH payments are recurring payments, used for monthly services. Your payments are debited from your account, on the day of the month that you specify, and on the billing cycle you prefer. This hassle-free type of payment is preferred over all other forms for a majority of our clients. There is no remembering due dates, writing checks, or accruing late fees! Any changes needed are only a phone call or email away.
In addition, our clients have highly secure payment options online. To use your own PayPal account, please use the “PayPal” button. For Debit & Credit Card Payments, please select the “PayFuse” button. These are both free services for our customers.
